Michael and Hoichael
Michael and Hoichael are a pair of troublemaking kids running around the backstreets of Water 7. They're basically Franky fanboys—they dress like him, copy his mannerisms, and have adopted his whole "Mm, super!!" catchphrase as their own. They also look up to Paulie, though Franky seems to be their main inspiration.
Their antics haven't gone unnoticed by everyone. They've managed to get on the bad side of at least Tilestone and Peeply Lulu, who clearly aren't fans of their delinquent behavior causing trouble in the neighborhood.
