Leo is a dwarf from the Tontatta Kingdom and serves as the group's "Tonta-troop leader." He first showed up on Green Bit as part of a dwarf squad that went after some Marines.
Like the rest of his people, Leo's got the classic dwarf look—short stature, a big fluffy tail, and a pointed nose. He's got long brown hair and wears a distinctive green crown-like hat with one of its points bent down. His outfit includes a jumper, goggles, boots, gloves, and a tie, and he's usually armed with a gun.
