Elizabeth is an Okama from Momoiro Island who first meets Sanji when he's unconscious and washed up on the shore. Elizabeth takes him in and nurses him back to health, but when Sanji comes to, he's so delirious that he hallucinates Elizabeth as a beautiful woman—and naturally, he can't resist chasing after "her." This leads him straight to Elizabeth's elaborately frilly home, where Elizabeth tries to recruit him into the Okama lifestyle. Once Sanji's head clears and he realizes the entire island is packed with Okamas, he bolts. Elizabeth joins the other islanders in pursuit, and they eventually run him down.
