Reina is a five-year-old girl who becomes one of the first humans consumed by the Queen, alongside her older brother Kurt, who is nine. She leaves a lasting psychological mark on Colt—who is later revealed to be Kurt's reincarnation. Eventually, Reina herself is reborn as Shidore, a Chimera ant serving under Hina. By the story's end, she manages to return to her village and reunite with her mother.
