Bikeman is a Machine Choujin from Yudetamago's Kinnikuman who serves as Kinnikuman Zebra's Centre Guard. He's best known for his ability to transform into a motorcycle and his command over electricity—he can manipulate it at will, which feeds into his signature moves like the Electric Ring.
Originally called Riderman, he got renamed when a Kamen Rider character claimed the title first. In his standard form, he looks human enough, but that bike transformation is his real weapon. He charges his engine by plugging into his teammate Motorman, which speaks to how integrated the Machine Choujin are as a unit. Zebra clearly trusts him heavily.
