Zoe
A student at the College and classmate of Beatrice.
Zoe's origins are pretty unusual—he hatched from an egg born to a wizard linguist and a gorgon from the Caucasus Mountains. His father raised him initially but eventually sent him to the College so he could focus on his research. Like Chise, Zoe is a newer student, having only started attending this year rather than coming up through the normal pipeline.
Before the College, he lived isolated in a small community, mostly because he couldn't control his powers well enough to be around more people. That limited upbringing is a big part of why he's still adjusting to student life alongside everyone else.
