Pell is one of Alabasta's top military commanders and widely considered the kingdom's strongest fighter. He's best known for eating the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Falcon—a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that lets him transform into a falcon or a human-falcon hybrid. His bird powers earned him the nickname "Peregrine Falcon Pell." The fruit is one of only a handful known to grant flight, making it genuinely rare. Like all Zoan fruits, it gives him three distinct forms: full human, full falcon, and a hybrid of both.
