Verrocchio is a minor mob boss who operates out of Roanapur, representing Italian mafia interests in the city. He was once a significant player in the local underworld, but his grip on power slipped when Hotel Moscow and Balalaika moved into the territory and systematically took over his drug trafficking operations. Desperate to regain control, Verrocchio hired the Vampire Twins—Hansel and Gretel—to assassinate both Balalaika and Mr. Chang, hoping their deaths would let him reclaim his lost turf and customer base. The plan backfired spectacularly when the twins turned on him and killed him during one of their unpredictable, violent episodes.
