Cozun serves as one of Ramba Ral's most trusted wingmen alongside Acous, piloting a MS-06J Zaku II Ground Type. He's a seasoned soldier who typically fights alongside Ral and holds his own reasonably well in combat.
His first engagement against White Base goes smoothly enough, but things turn ugly when he gets cornered by Amuro's Guncannon during a retreat. He's captured, though calling it a long-term problem would be generous—Cozun carries an explosive tooth (a classic Zeon trick) and breaks free with no real trouble. More importantly, he manages to relay classified intel about White Base back to Ral before making his escape.
The irony is that Cozun survives being a prisoner of the Federation only to get killed by friendly fire. While trying to escape, his own ally Omur decides a bazooka blast is the best way to open a door between them. It isn't.
