Scarlett was Rebecca's mother and the wife of Kyros, making her the elder sister of Viola and daughter of Riku Dold III. She served as Dressrosa's crown princess before faking her own death.
In appearance, Scarlett bore a striking resemblance to her daughter Rebecca—she wore her hair in a braided ponytail with loose strands framing either side of her face. In the flashback scenes set at the Flower Field, she's shown wearing a light-colored, button-up dress with ruffled trim along the hem.
