Glazunov was a Fezzani official best known for his role in the kidnapping of Kaiser Erwin Josef II, orchestrated by Fezzan interests. He served as secretary to Nikolas Boltik, the high commissioner stationed on Odin, and was directly involved in the plot alongside his superior.
