A major antagonist in Tales of Zestiria, Lunarre kicks off the whole plot when he shows up in Elysia—that's what sends Sorey and Mikleo on their journey. He's part of the Scattered Bones, an organization he joined about two years before the story begins. The guy tried to pull off a theft from the Sparrowfeathers but got caught in the act.
