A third-year at Reimei Academy with a bright, cheerful personality that masks a pretty selfish streak. He's got royal blood and doesn't bother hiding the fact that he sees most people as beneath him. He leads the unit "Eve" and is also part of "Eden."
Best known for being flippant and condescending, though fans often note there's more to him than the arrogance. He has a genuine soft spot for people he deems unfortunate—he's the type to casually adopt strays, literal and otherwise. He picked up Jun and their dog, Bloody Mary, pretty much on a whim. Despite the attitude, he still considers the old crowd his friends and will actually rearrange his schedule if someone really needs help.
His older brother inherited the family business, which takes the pressure off Hiyori considerably. He's laid-back about the whole heir thing as a result, which probably contributes to his general detachment from serious responsibilities.
