Shiomi Jun
Shiomi is a lecturer and seminar professor at Tootsuki Culinary Academy, where she's also an alumna of the 74th generation. She used to live at the Polar Star Dormitory and now serves as the legal guardian of Hayama Akira.
Despite being in her 30s, Shiomi is the academy's youngest lecturer—though her youthful appearance works against her. She's noticeably short, standing shorter than both Soma and Megumi, and has a face that reads much younger than her actual age. When she first showed up at the academy, both Soma and Megumi genuinely mistook her for a middle school student.
