Synopsis

After finishing their internships, the residents of Polar Star Dormitory and their friends head to a hot springs inn for some downtime. When the entire kitchen staff gets taken out by accidents, the young chefs can't resist jumping in to help—except the guests they'll be cooking for aren't exactly ordinary. A little later, Souma's competitive fire gets reignited when he and the other Autumn Election quarter-finalists score an invite to Tootsuki's annual Autumn Leaves Viewing event. It's billed as a casual tea meeting between nine first-year standouts and the nine members of the Elite Ten Council, but there's more to it than that. Director Senzaemon Nakiri knows what's really happening: a first look at who will eventually dethrone the current elite.
