Bunbee is a member of Nightmare, the main villain organization in Pretty Cure 5. He's obsessed with stealing the Dream Collet—a powerful magical artifact the Pretty Cure protect—which his organization plans to use to destroy the world.
He starts out as a high-ranking member of Nightmare, but his terrible luck and constant failures quickly turn him into the series' comic relief. Fans often note his random, chaotic appearances—like suddenly bursting into a group of girls while cackling in an oddly high-pitched voice. His incompetence is pretty much the point; he's there to be laughed at as much as he is to actually pose a threat.
What's notable about Bunbee is that he's the only villain from the organization to survive both Pretty Cure 5 seasons. Everyone else gets taken out, but somehow he keeps bouncing back.
