She's strict—almost obsessively so—about procedure and documentation. Members have to submit reports constantly, and she maintains tight control over any rare or valuable objects that come through the group. Fans often note that she seems less concerned with actual organizational goals and more focused on impressing the director, Eternal's boss. It's pretty clear she does all this for him rather than out of genuine conviction.
