Feena is a blue-haired girl with amnesia who's been imprisoned beneath the Shrine of Solomon. She stays locked away in that underground location until Adol shows up and frees her. Not much is known about her past—that's kind of the whole point—but she becomes a key part of Adol's adventure after he breaks her out.
