After Himari's second death, he reappears as a doctor who charges her astronomical prices for the dark pink medication keeping her alive.
Himari frequently seeks him out for advice, though she usually leaves unsettled by what he tells her and keeps her distance emotionally. He claims to hail from "the destination of Fate" and has two black rabbit assistants named Shirase and Souya trailing behind him. His go-to line is "Isn't it electrifying?"
