Kamijou Touma's cousin who appears during the Angel Fall Incident. She doesn't resurface in the novels or the anime's first season after that arc, though she gets more development and screen time in the source material compared to the anime adaptation.
She's got a playful, childish personality and is pretty openly affectionate with Touma—she's made it clear that hugging him, clinging to him, or even flirting with him is fair game, whether they're alone or in public. She calls him "Onii-chan."
The Angel Fall incident temporarily gave her the appearance of Tokiwadai's ace, Mikoto Misaka, which genuinely unsettled Touma. Her behavior during this time struck him as the typical "little sister type" character archetype.
