Charlotte Moscato was the 16th son of the Charlotte Family and served as Totto Land's Minister of Gelato—basically in charge of keeping the kingdom supplied with ice cream. He's best known for being killed by his own mother, Charlotte Linlin, during one of her infamous hunger-induced rampages.
Physically, Moscato had an oddly proportioned build: a thick torso that didn't match his thin arms and legs. His face was long and stubbled, topped with pink and blue hair styled upward at the front. He dressed the part of a gelato minister in a dark blue jacket with elaborate ice cream-shaped pauldrons, over a striped suit, and wore a thick belt buckled with his initials "SM."
His role gave him authority over managing gelato distribution across one of Totto Land's islands, though when his mother's craving rages kicked in, there wasn't much he could do about it. He did manage to dodge one of her punches by jumping back, but he lacked any real combat ability to actually stop her.
He carried a long sword on his back with an ice cream cone-shaped handle—fitting for someone in his position.
