Poro is a resident of Orange Town who shows up early in the series. He's best known for trying to talk Boodle out of returning to town while Buggy's causing chaos there—though Boodle wasn't having it. When Poro sees Chou-Chou come back alone, he figures something's gone wrong and rounds up the townspeople to rescue Boodle and drive Buggy out. Unfortunately for him, they end up running into Luffy, Zoro, and Nami instead and chase them out of town by mistake.
