An anime-exclusive character and the main antagonist of the Z's Ambition Arc. He's a former Marine Commodore who went rogue and joined the Neo Marines—a militant faction operating outside official Marine command. After his capture, he's been imprisoned in Impel Down, where he remains locked away.
