Agotogi was a gang leader who attempted to kidnap Vivi during the Vivi and Kohza flashback arc. When young Kohza tried to intervene, he got badly beaten and left with a permanent scar. Before Agotogi could pull off the kidnapping, Vivi's father Cobra showed up and kicked him in the face. That was pretty much the end of his story—he got arrested and disappeared from the series entirely.
