Shigeta was part of Ogiue's friend group back in junior high, one of the girls who made dōjinshi together with her. She's recognizable by her perpetually flushed cheeks. Though she wasn't directly involved in whatever went down between Ogiue and Makita, she's stayed in touch with Nakajima even years later—and just seeing her at Comifes is enough to set Ogiue off. Her actual name only appears in the credits of Genshiken 2 episode 11; you won't catch it mentioned anywhere else in the manga or dialogue.
