Tonis is an energetic kid who's a big fan of Vash. He's Rosa's oldest son, and the two of them live together in Jeneora Rock.
How he feels about guns depends on which version you're watching. In the manga and the original anime, he's curious about why his mom won't let him have a real one. But in Trigun Stampede, he seems way less interested in that whole thing—he's mostly just focused on playing around and catching bugs out in the desert like a normal kid.
