An assassin hired by Elizabeth to take out Vash the Stampede. He infiltrated Vash's group by posing as a bodyguard, but when he failed to eliminate his target, Elizabeth had no use for him anymore—she simply locked him in a Plant room with Vash and walked away, leaving them both to die. She clearly couldn't be bothered with what happened to him after that.
