The One-Armed Man
The One-Armed Man was a minor villain in the "Assassins" arc of Cyborg 009. He worked as one of several thugs under Cyborg 0012's command and was generally portrayed as cruel and ruthless.
In the 2001 Cyborg Soldier adaptation, this character was reimagined and given the name Machine Gun instead.
