Chika is a preparatory student at Kouka School of Musical and Theatrical Arts. She's the twin sister of Chiaki and has her sights set on landing musume-yaku (female lead) roles. Generally upbeat and reliable, Chika tends to hold back when things get serious—which actually worked in her favor during a pretty defining moment in her past.
She'd already passed her entrance exam the year before, but when Chiaki didn't make it, Chika chose to take the exam again so they could attend together. She passed on her second attempt while starting her first year of high school.
