Aruto's an elementary school kid from Tokyo who's basically grown up fast—his mom's been sick, so he's handled most of the housework himself. That early responsibility shows; he comes across as pretty mature for his age, maybe even a bit of a wise guy about it.
Gaming's his thing though. He's genuinely talented at it and has actually competed in e-sports tournaments, picking up prize money along the way. For a kid his age, that's pretty impressive.
