Jamira's a red-haired kid who showed up early in the Duel Masters anime. He's known for spinning tall tales to Shobu and pulling off the Viper's Dance whenever he gets the chance. The guy's got no qualms about cheating during duels, though it never seems to help him much—he keeps losing to Shobu anyway.
He did manage to win at least one major tournament match, taking down a Water Civilization player in the finals of the Duel Masters Invitational Junior Circuit. That victory came after he destroyed the opponent's Aqua Guard and sealed the win.
