Oyamada Shogou
Oyamada was summoned to the Otherworld alongside his entire 2C class by the Goddess Vysis, becoming one of the Otherworld Heroes. He quickly positioned himself as second-in-command of the Kirihara Group, serving as right-hand man to the leader—and genuinely his best friend, which set him apart from most of the group's hierarchy.
Back on Earth, Oyamada had been a major player in the class social hierarchy, though "player" mostly meant he was a notorious bully. Where Kirihara had at least some depth to his cruelty, Oyamada was pretty straightforward about it: he enjoyed the power trip of looking down on people, especially those too weak to fight back. Challenge him, though, and he'd confront you immediately. His arrogance was always there, but it got a lot more pronounced once people learned he'd been ranked A-class—suddenly he had the stats to back up the attitude, or so he thought.
