A vampire who's obsessed—and I mean obsessed—with the Japanese rock-paper-scissors variant Yakyuken. He's basically a fixture around Shin-Yokohama, approaching random people on the street and basically forcing them into strip versions of the game. The weird part? He never loses. Ever.
His whole deal is hunting down unsuspecting victims to play against him, which is honestly a pretty bizarre way for a vampire to spend his nights. But that's kind of his thing—the game is less about the thrill of the hunt and more about getting another round of Yakyuken in, clothes optional.
