White Queen is basically Kurumi's opposite—same face, completely different vibe. She's got long white hair in twin tails, a white military dress with an admiral's cap featuring a rising sun emblem, and mismatched eyes: one red, one a literal blue clock face. Very on-brand for a time-space spirit.
Unlike the battle-hungry types, White Queen is all strategy. She runs infiltrations, terror ops, and experiments turning Empty into soldiers to bulk up her forces. She's also the type to torture information out of people—she captured Cistus specifically to reverse-engineer Zaphkiel's power. Cold, smart, and willing to burn her own troops if it wins her the war. She doesn't care about taboos in the Neighboring World either; expanding into other Regions is just business to her.
Her real strength is forward-thinking. She plans several moves ahead and doesn't hesitate to sacrifice allies or enemies alike if it serves her larger goal. The other Dominions respect her because she has the power to back up her ambitions—and she knows how to use it.
