Sakaido
Sakaido is the main protagonist of ID: Invaded. The name is essentially a persona—it's what Narihisago Akihito calls himself when diving into the id wells of serial killers. He's known as a brilliant detective, though the investigation he's trapped in is anything but straightforward. Sakaido spends his time looping through these psychological crime scenes, chasing down clues about Kaeru's murder, which remains the driving force behind everything he does. The whole setup is basically an endless puzzle he's trying to solve from the inside.
