Loupe Highland is a Lost Hunter who specializes in tracking down people who've gone missing—which makes him pretty much the go-to guy when Hunters Association members disappear. He's become something of a fixture in dealing with that whole problem. He's also a member of the newer Seirin Group and threw his hat in the ring as a candidate for the 13th Hunter Chairman Election.
