One of Noah's descendants and a devoted follower of the Millennium Earl, this character is best known for his obsession with sweets and his volatile temper. He's sent to Japan specifically to eliminate General Froi Tiedoll, who's being protected by Kanda and Marie.
Skin first appears in the early manga making his preferences crystal clear—at an Earl's dinner, he expresses disgust with the menu, dismissing a hard-boiled egg in favor of candy. His anger escalates so dramatically that he destroys the Akuma who prepared the meal with his bare hands, causing dark spikes to burst from his peeling skin. This outburst earns him the nickname "Sweet Tooth" from Tyki, who uses it instead of his actual name.
Three years before the main story, he was working the docks in New Orleans when Noah's genes awakened within him. Suddenly he could access 7,000 years of Noah's memories—an experience so painful it gave him constant nightmares. During this time, he met both Road and the Earl himself.
