Kousuke
Kousuke is a Special Class Investigator who's best known for his expertise with quinque—he's reportedly gotten even better at it than his former mentor, Kureo Mado. Before that partnership ended due to a major assignment in China, the two worked closely together developing Kousuke's skills.
Earlier in his career, he was stationed in the 20th Ward paired with Seidou Takizawa, where they handled cases including the notorious Gourmet investigation. His devotion to quinque mastery has defined much of his work as an investigator.
These days, Kousuke is part of the S3 Squad, one of the organization's most prestigious units.
