An officer and Mobile Suit ace in the SRA during the 7th Space War, he was the arch-rival of Jamil Neate. After meeting Tiffa, he tried, to no avail, to persuade SRA President Zaider Rasso not to use certain superweapons against the resistance group Satyricon.
