Saint Shalulia is a World Noble and the sister of Saint Charloss, daughter of Saint Roswald. Like all World Nobles, she wears an elaborate suit equipped with an oxygen supply—essential, in her mind, to avoid breathing the same air as commoners. Her appearance is distinctive: hair styled in an upward curl inside her bubble helmet, a veil covering the lower half of her face, tinted shades over her eyes, and heart-shaped earrings.
She first shows up in the Sabaody Archipelago when her slave Dias escapes. Her father immediately berates her for the carelessness, particularly since it ruins his "captain collection." After Dias's collar explodes, Shalulia mocks him and shoots him dead, then casually walks away mentioning that next time she wants a giant as a slave instead.
Shalulia later appears at the Human Auctioning House alongside her father, waiting for her brother. While the Straw Hats are distracted holding off guards, she attempts to kill Camie—only to be knocked unconscious by Silvers Rayleigh, who uses a burst of his "spirit energy" to stop her.
The last we see of her at Sabaody, she's standing outside the auction house next to her beaten, unconscious father and brother. Furious at the Marines for failing to capture the Straw Hats, she angrily swears that once they're caught, she'll force the entire crew to grovel before her and beg forgiveness—before bringing them "Hell."
