Takuo Shibuimaru is the second person Light kills with the Death Note. A biker who travels with a gang, Shibuimaru harasses a woman on the street—in the anime, the encounter escalates to attempted sexual assault, while the manga keeps it as general harassment. Light witnesses this, catches his name, and writes it down in every possible variation before specifying his death: a traffic accident. A truck crashes into Shibuimaru's motorcycle, killing him instantly.
What's notable here is Light's reaction. Unlike his first kill, Light actually feels guilt afterward, since Shibuimaru wasn't technically a criminal—just someone caught doing something wrong at the wrong moment. It's one of the few instances where Light shows hesitation about his power, at least briefly.
