He's the only human among his siblings, born to Myoue and Koto. When his parents eventually left the City Through the Looking Glass, he stepped up and became part of the council of three, inheriting the Myoue name from his father. These days, he's basically the responsible one—looking after Koto and her brothers and keeping tabs on what they're up to.
