Wet-Haired Caribou is a notorious rookie pirate who showed up at the Sabaody Archipelago during the Straw Hat Pirates' reunion arc. With a bounty of 210,000,000, he's part of that wave of new-generation pirates who broke past the 100,000,000 mark. He and his brother "Blood Splatterer" Coribou both made names for themselves by taking down Marines, which is how they earned their fearsome reputations and hefty bounties. Since they both sit above 70,000,000, they technically qualified as members of the Impostor Straw Hat Pirates.
