She's part of the baton club and hangs out with Tamako and Midori, her classmates. Her dad's a carpenter with a shop in the same shopping district where Tamako's family runs their business, so their families have that connection.
Despite her generally chill attitude and stubborn streak (she's not the kind to be pushed around), Kanna's got one real weakness: she's afraid of heights.
