Seras Ashrain
Seras Ashrain used to lead the knights of the Holy Kingdom of Neia—back when it still existed. Rumors have it that she was actually royalty from a High Elf nation, though she never made a huge deal about it. When Bakuos Empire came rolling in to conquer and absorb Neia, she got out of there.
She ended up in a dark forest on the run from a mercenary outfit called the White Walkers hot on her trail. That's where she ran into Touka Mimori, and the two's paths got tangled up from there.
