Fu Yao is a Heavenly Official who works under Mu Qing in the Middle Court. He's best known for being Xie Lian's regular companion on trips down to the mortal realm—usually paired up with Nan Feng on these missions. The two of them have a pretty dynamic partnership, constantly bickering and sniping at each other, though they clearly work well together when it actually matters.
