Zantetsu isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed—he's famous for speaking almost entirely in idioms, which earned him the nickname "Baka Zantetsu" from Reo and Nagi. But what he lacks in brains, he makes up for in composure. He's genuinely calm under pressure, which is rare enough to stand out.
As a forward, his whole thing is speed and simplicity. Nothing fancy, just fast. He started out in Team V during Blue Lock's First Selection, and he managed to make it past Second Selection, putting him among the smaller pool of survivors still in the program.
