Shion Madarame led Black Dragon during its Ninth Generation before joining up with the S-62 Generation crew. He's probably best known, though, for his time as one of Tenjiku's Four Heavenly Kings—basically the organization's elite tier. After doing time in juvenile detention, he eventually landed as Number 5 in Rokuhara Tandai, where he stayed until that group fell apart.
