Babanuki
Babanuki works as a Headliner for Kaido's Beasts Pirates, which puts him pretty high up in the crew's ranks. His main job is running the Prisoner Mine over in Udon—basically keeping watch over all the inmates and making sure the operation runs smoothly. Given how harsh Wano Country is under Kaido's control, it's a pretty brutal position to hold, though Babanuki seems more than comfortable with it.
