Baby
A short, elderly Neo-Nazi leader introduced in Chapter 25, the "Baby" is obsessed with Johan as the ideal Aryan figure—essentially his vision of a new Hitler who could restore Germany to power. He's part of a larger organization of four individuals equally eager to back Johan politically.
The Baby's main scheme involves using Nina as leverage to control Johan while simultaneously keeping him (and the rest of the group) safe from Johan's unpredictability. It's a precaution that fails spectacularly when Johan kills one of the four members anyway, derailing their plans entirely.
Character-wise, the Baby draws heavy inspiration from Twin Peaks' "The Midget," and fans often note the similarity carries into his debut appearance in Chapter 25. He materializes to Nina from behind a red curtain in a scene deliberately evoking the show's iconic aesthetic, dancing to an upbeat tune. The whole sequence is unmistakably intentional homage rather than coincidence.
